Gina Domanig
Gina Domanig is the Managing Partner and CEO of Emerald Technology Ventures. In 2000 she founded the business as the first independent cleantech venture capital fund in Europe. In addition to Emerald activities, Gina serves on the board of directors of Die Mobiliar and the Basel Agency for Sustainable Energy (BASE) Foundation. She serves on the advisory boards of the Danish Innovation Fund, as well as the World Economic Forum Global Future Council on Food and Water Security and is the co-chair of innovation at the World Energy Council. Featured in Forbes 50 over 50, Gina has over 30 years of international business experience including banking, M&A, strategic development, and venture capital.
Xavier Ledru
Xavier Ledru is Head of the Corporate Finance department at REYL Intesa Sanpaolo. He began his career as a lawyer in 2004 at US law firm Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe Paris office, where he worked in structured finance with an emphasis on securitisation transactions, derivative transactions, private equity financings and restructuring. In 2010, he joined Société Générale Corporate & Investment Banking where he was appointed Head of Legal for Commodities and Natural Resources. He advised the bank’s global commodity division on matters ranging from trade finance, structured finance and project finance to capital markets, M&A and bespoke derivatives.
Mickael Gibault, Currently Managing Director and Head of M&A and Equity Advisory at REYL Intesa Sanpaolo, Mickael Gibault has been working for the Group since 2019. Prior to this, he has spent more than twenty years in investment banking in EMEA and held senior positions at JPMorgan, BNP Paribas, and Sberbank.
Jonathan Duncan, Jon Duncan is an engineer by training with an MSc in Environmental Science and over 25 years' experience in sustainable development. From 2010 to 2021, Jon led the development and implementation of a sustainable investment programme at one of Africa's largest insurers/long-term asset managers. He helped draft South Africa's first Responsible Investment Code, served on the UN PRI Global Reporting and Evaluation Committee and is a Senior Associate of the Institute for Sustainability Leadership at Cambridge University. In 2022, he joined REYL Intesa Sanpaolo as Chief Impact Officer.
