Geneva, January 30th 2026 - REYL Intesa Sanpaolo announces that Fideuram - Intesa Sanpaolo Private Banking has acquired the remaining shares held by François Reyl, Pasha Bakhtiar, Christian Fringhian and Lorenzo Rocco di Torrepadula, representing in total 24% of the Bank’s share capital. As a result, Intesa Sanpaolo’s Private Banking Division now holds full ownership and control of REYL Intesa Sanpaolo.

Consequently, François Reyl, Pasha Bakhtiar and Christian Fringhian have stepped down from their formal duties within, respectively, the Bank’s Board of Directors and Executive Committee. REYL Intesa Sanpaolo wishes to express its sincere appreciation to each of them for their leadership, dedication and significant contribution to the Bank’s growth and development over the years.
